Stand up paddlesboards (SUPs) can be used on all of the sessions and courses shown below.

The prices shown below do not include equipment hire. Equipment is available for hire for the sessions – please see here for prices.

Please note that buoyancy aids are mandatory for all kayakers and canoeists, and advisory for paddleboarders.

Thursday Evening Meetup

Paddleboarding is a social thing, and an excellent way to meet other paddlers.

Although coaching will be available for anyone who wants to get some tips, or help with a particular aspect, the focus of this paddle is to meet other paddlers and enjoy the river.
