The Whole Hamble

This is an opportunity to paddle the entire length of the River Hamble from the Botley slipway to the mouth of the river at Warsash in one go.

We’ll head upstream until we get to the pool at the very start of the paddbleable Hamble, then head downstream passing The Hidden Tap, the Botley slipway, Fairthorne Manor, Curbridge Creek, the wooden pontoon at the River Hamble Country Park, then under the M27, railway and A27 bridges, past the Jolly Sailor, Universal Marina at Swanwick, and on to Warsash.

We’ll organise transport so that your vehicles will be waiting Warsash and we’ll choose a date that ensures we have the outgoing tide to help us along all the way.

Open to paddleboards, kayaks and canoes.

Distance paddled will be approx. 10km which is expected to take about 3 hours to paddle.
