Paddleboard Rescues
Falling off the paddleboard is part of the adventure, and when the weather's good can be part of the fun too. Whether you're planning to paddle by yourself or with friends, you should have the answer to the following questions:

- How can I help other people get back on their paddleboards ?
We'll help you answer these questions by showing you various methods to self rescue and assist others. There will be time to try different methods so you come away from the session with a clear idea of what works best for you.
