Stand up paddlesboards (SUPs) can be used on all of the sessions and courses shown below.

Equipment hire

The prices shown below do not include equipment hire. Equipment is available for hire for the sessions – please see here for prices.

Please note that buoyancy aids are mandatory for all kayakers and canoeists, and advisory for paddleboarders.

Paddleboard Rescues

Falling off the paddleboard is part of the adventure, and when the weather’s good can be part of the fun too. Whether you’re planning to paddle by yourself or with friends, you should have the answer to the following questions:

• Can I get myself back on my paddleboard ? And what’s the best method for me ?
• If I need help to get back on, how can other people help me ?
• How can I help other people get back on their paddleboards ?

We’ll help you answer these questions by showing you various methods to self rescue and assist others. There will be time to try different methods so you come away from the session with a clear idea of what works best for you.
